Call for abstracts

Dear Colleagues,

we are glad to announce that the Bayes 2025 conference is now accepting abstract submissions!

We invite authors to submit an abstract to bayes@lsacademy.com by 15 May 2025.

The abstract should include the title, author name(s), short bio, email contact and a short summary of the presentation. It should be provided in Word format not exceeding one DIN A4 page.

Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent by e-mail by 30 June 2025.

The conference will cover a range of topics, including:

  • The future of the Bayesian Biostatistics in the regulatory world
  • HTA Statistics
  • Benefit/Risk analyses and health economics
  • Bayesian Causal inference
  • The interface of Bayes and AI in Practice
  • Bayesian AI in Regulatory Science
  • Complex Innovative Trial Designs (CID)
  • Bayesian Biostatistics for Real World Evidence (RWE)
  • Meta-analyses, prior elicitation, historical controls
  • Bayesian inference in complex models (systems biology / PBPK / networks)
  • Bayesian Spatio-temporal/Temporal modelling (e.g. disease propagation, survival analysis,…)
  • Bayesian Networks
  • Communication of Bayesian statistics, reporting standards

Please note that abstracts in applied Bayesian Biostatistics to the life science industry are welcome.

Priority will be given to practical case studies that demonstrate implementation from objective to programming to communication with scientists and authorities.
